Shipping policy

By purchasing you are in agreement to the following terms and conditions:  You have read the product description and understand the product that you are receiving.  You understand and agree to our NO refund policy. You understand that once an order is submitted changes or cancellations can not be made (including item changes, shipping address changes, etc). 

You understand that billing and shipping MUST be the same, if not your order will automatically be canceled and refunded. 

• PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DELAYS CAN OCCUR FOR REASONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. SHIPPING MAY TAKE LONGER IN SOME CIRCUMSTANCES.

• All of these terms are non negotiable. Upon checking and signing consent for you under our policy . 
• There is a 24-72 hour processing delay once you submit your order. This time frame is not included in your shipping and tracking business days. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. 

• When we dispatch your order, we will send you a tracking number to the email address you’ve provided us with us. 
• Depending on your location, domestic express shipping takes 2-3 business days.
