Terms of service

  • I understand that all sales are final.
  • I understand that once my order is in the hands of the carrier; USPS , FedEx, or UPS, if I have any shipping issues, it’s no longer Déluxuary is no longer liable. I will contact them to rectify my issue . 
  • I understand that online units are NOT on hand. Upon payment, the unit will take up to 5-8 business days to arrive at Déluxuary and 1-3 business days to be shipped to your destination. Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) are business days.
  • I understand that my billing and shipping MUST be the same, if not my order will automatically be canceled and refunded.
  • I understand that I have to sign for my package. 
  • I understand that Déluxuary has no control over lost or stolen items made by the post office or mailing distributor. 
  • I understand that I WILL NOT file a dispute on my order .
  • I understand that if I purchase during a sale there may a high possibility that my order may take longer then 5-8 business days.
  • I understand Deluxury is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by me as the customer.
